SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

Social Members have full access to tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, dining rooms including Egan’s Pub, family game room, fitness center, bocce ball courts, banquet discounts, and social events.  Social Members may also play golf in accordance with current policies for this category subject to green fees.  Social Members may reserve times for tennis seven (7) days in advance.  No voting rights.  Social Members may serve on certain committees.  Social Members may use their private golf cart on club property subject to a trail fee.
 
  • Initiation Fee:  $250 or waiver of Initiation Fee with a 24-month membership commitment
  • Monthly Amount:  $149
  • Quarterly Food Minimum:  $150 couple/family, $105 single
 

SOCIAL WITH GOLF UPGRADE

Social with Golf Upgrade Members have full access to tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, dining rooms including Egan’s Pub, family game room, fitness center, bocce ball courts, banquet discounts, and social events.  Social with Golf Upgrade Members have unlimited use of the nine-hole Oaks Golf Course, practice range with balls, and golf practice facilities.  Social with Golf Upgrade Members may also play golf on the eighteen-hole Rogue Course in accordance with current policies for this category subject to green fees.  Social with Golf Upgrade Members may reserve times for tennis seven (7) days in advance and tee times for golf two (2) days in advance.  No voting rights.  Social with Golf Upgrade Members may serve on certain committees.  Social with Golf Upgrade Members may use their private golf cart on club property subject to a trail fee.
 
  • Initiation Fee: $250 (if not currently a Member at RVCC) or waiver of Initiation Fee with a 24-month membership commitment

JUNIOR EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP

Junior Executive Members have full access to all Club facilities including golf on all 27 holes, driving range with balls, all practice facilities, tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, dining rooms including Egan’s Pub, family game room, fitness center, bocce ball courts, banquet discounts, social functions and reciprocal clubs.  Junior Executive Members may use their private golf cart on club property, subject to a trail fee (not a discounted fee). Junior Executive Members may reserve times for golf (3) days and tennis seven (7) days in advance.  Junior Executive Members, have the right to vote, hold elected office, and serve on the Board and Committees. Junior Executive Membership is for members who are at least 21 years old but younger than 36 years old.  At age 36, Junior Executive Membership will automatically transfer to a Young Executive Membership.
  • 21-35 years old
  • Initiation Fee:  $3000 - 50% ($1,500) due upon acceptance for membership, 25% ($750) due at conversion to Young Executive Membership, 25% ($750) at conversion to Country Club Membership or waiver of Initiation Fee with a 24-month membership commitment
  • Monthly Amount:  $367
  • Quarterly Food Minimum:  $150 couple/family, $105 single
 

YOUNG EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP

Young Executive Members have full access to all Club facilities including golf on all 27 holes, driving range with balls, all practice facilities, tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, dining rooms including Egan’s Pub, family game room, fitness center, bocce ball courts, banquet discounts, social functions and reciprocal clubs. Young Executive Members may use their private golf cart on club property, subject to a trail fee [not a discounted fee].   Young Executive Members may reserve times for golf three (3) days and tennis seven (7) days in advance.  Young Executive Members, have the right to vote, hold elected office, and serve on the Board or Committees. Young Executive Membership is for members who are at least 36 years old but younger than 50 years old.  At age 50, Young Executive Membership will automatically transfer to a Country Club Membership.

  • Initiation Fee:  $3000 - 75% ($2,250) due upon acceptance for membership; 25% ($750) due at conversion to Country Club Membership or waiver of Initiation Fee with a 24-month membership commitment
  • Monthly Amount:  $502
  • Quarterly Food Minimum:  $150 couple/family, $105 single
 

INDIVIDUAL GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Individual Golf Members have full access to all Club facilities including golf on all 27 holes, driving range with balls, all practice facilities, tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, dining rooms including Egan’s Pub, family game room, fitness center, bocce ball courts, banquet discounts, social functions and reciprocal clubs. Individual Golf Members may use their private golf cart on club property, subject to a trail fee.  Individual Golf Members may reserve times for golf three (3) and tennis seven (7) days in advance.  Individual Golf Members have the right to vote, hold elected office, and serve on the Board and Committees. The Individual Golf Membership is for one adult member only.
 
  • Initiation Fee:  $3000 or waiver of Initiation Fee with a 24-month membership commitment
  • Monthly Amount:  $502
  • Quarterly Food Minimum:  $105

COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Country Club Members have full access to all Club facilities including golf on all 27 holes, driving range with balls, all practice facilities, tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, dining rooms including Egan’s Pub, family game room, fitness center, bocce ball courts, banquet discounts, social functions and reciprocal clubs.  Country Club Members may use their private golf cart on club property, subject to a trail fee.  Country Club Members may reserve times for golf three (3) days and tennis seven (7) days in advance.  Country Club members have the right to vote, hold elected office, and serve on the Board or Committees.
 
  • Initiation Fee:  $3000 or waiver of Initiation Fee with a 24-month membership commitment
  • Monthly Amount:  $638
  • Quarterly Food Minimum:  $150 couple/family, $105 single
 

CORPORATE GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Corporate Golf Members have full access to all Club facilities including golf on all 27 holes, driving range with balls, all practice facilities, tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, dining rooms including Egan’s Pub, family game room, fitness center, bocce ball courts, banquet discounts, social functions and reciprocal clubs. Corporate Golf Members may use their private golf cart on club property, subject to a trail fee.  Corporate Golf Members may reserve times for golf three (3) days and tennis seven (7) days in advance.  The Principal Designee has the right to vote, hold elected office, and serve on the Board or Committees.  Subject to Board approval, a corporation or other business, partnership, LLC, non-profit or governmental entity may sponsor a Corporate Golf Membership.  The Sponsor will submit membership applications for a minimum of four (4) and a maximum of ten (10) nominees.  On acceptance into membership by the Board, the Sponsor will appoint a Principal Designee and up to nine (9) Associate Designees.  A Sponsor may nominate the fifth through tenth designees to non-golf categories of membership.  A Sponsor may transfer memberships upon approval of the Board and subject to a transfer fee.  The Sponsor is responsible for all charges and Corporate Golf Members will be billed at one address.
 
Annual Plan
  • Initiation Fee: $6,000 ($3,000 first designee, $1,000 each additional designee, four (4) designee minimum) or waiver of Initiation Fee with a 24-month membership commitment from each designee.
  • Upfront Annual Dues:  $21,093.60 (15% discount based on 4 designees) plus annual fees and assessments of $4,080.00.  Total annual cost (not including food minimum) = $25,173.60
  • Any non-golf designees will be billed at similarly discounted rates.
  • Sponsors may transfer membership, but no refund will accrue for undesignated memberships.
  • Quarterly Food Minimum:  $150 couple/family, $105 single.
  • Minimum of four (4) designees and a maximum of ten (10) designees per Corporate Golf Membership.
Monthly Plan
  • Initiation Fee:  $6,000 ($3,000 first designee, $1,000 each additional designee, four (4) designee minimum) or waiver of Initiation Fee with a 24-month membership commitment from each designee.
  • Monthly Amount:  $602.00 per designee.
  • Quarterly Food Minimum:  $150 couple/family, $105 single.
  • Minimum of four (4) designees and a maximum of ten (10) designees per Corporate Golf Membership.
**Dues, Fees and Assessments are based on the membership categories selected by the corporation.
