Dreaming of warmer days ahead? Worried about keeping your kids off screens all day when school is out? Want to have the absolute best summer ever this year? All these thoughts should lead you to Rogue Valley Country Club and a summer spent poolside making great memories and soaking up the rays.
Rogue Valley Country Club members like the water, so we extend the swimming season by heating our pool from May through October so you can be swimming even when it isn’t 90 degrees outside.
Get Your Kids Swimming
Helping your kids become strong swimmers builds confidence and ensures they’ll be safe around water for their entire lives. It’s a great way for kids to get stronger and improve their balance and coordination. RVCC’s certified instructors make swim lessons fun and engaging so kids build skills quickly. Plus, there is always a lifeguard on duty.
With Rogue Valley Country Club’s plethora of amenities, kids can spend the morning golfing, hitting in the batting cage, and playing mini golf, basketball, sand volleyball, ping-pong, tennis, or pickleball before jumping in the pool to cool down in the afternoon. These are the kinds of days that can live forever in someone’s mind as the ideal picture of summer fun.
Get Into the Water Yourself
Swimming is one of the healthiest activities a person can take part in. It helps develop strength and endurance, is a low-impact way to build muscle and reduce fat, and is something you can enjoy no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Plus, it’s just plain fun!
Rogue Valley Country Club’s pool is exclusively reserved for adults from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. so you can get your laps in undisturbed. There are also organized water aerobics and Zumba classes, so you can work out alongside your friends in the pool.
Poolside Perks
Even if you’re not that into the water, you can relax and enjoy your time poolside at Rogue Valley Country Club because the pool deck and surrounding area offer members plenty of space to chill. The Sports Center Café is right there and has five big TVs, making it a great place to catch a game.
The pool deck has plenty of seating and tables, so you can play cards or games with your friends anytime as you enjoy drinks or snacks (there are even poolside servers). Many member families have built a good routine that allows each person to do the activity they like early in the day and gather around the pool for lunch.
The pool is also the place to be for the many member parties organized all summer long. Summer gets started with a Memorial Day bash. There’s also a new member mixer and a 90s party with some great old-school jams.
If you’re interested in making the most out of your precious summer days, please come for a tour of Rogue Valley Country Club. We’d love to show you around the pool, the Sports Center, and the Fitness Center and let you decide if RVCC is the right place to create your dream summer.
